When will I receive my order?
Shipping typically takes anywhere from 2 – 14 days to arrive, depending on where you are located. However, due to increased shipping in the pandemic as well as the upcoming holiday season, please expect some delays.
What features do the masks have?
All masks come with two layers of fabric, a filter pocket, nose wire, 2 shop towel layers to insert into the filter pocket for added protection, and your choice of straps (elastic or adjustable).
Do you do custom orders?
Yup! We love to work with you on creating a special, custom piece. You can email us at houseiungo@gmail.com to discuss ideas and receive a quote!
Shipping
All orders are shipped with Canada Post, with your choice of standard or tracked shipping (select at checkout).
We offer free (tracked) shipping within Canada on orders over $50, and free international (tracked) shipping on orders over $100.
If you live in the local Mansfield, ON area, porch pickup is available as well!
Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, face masks cannot be returned or exchanged. Ensure your fit by following the sizing guide or by choosing the adjustable strap option.
Other clothing can be returned (shipping on us!) and either refunded or exchanged for another size. Please email use at houseiungo@gmail.com if you would like to process a return.
Sizing
Mask Sizing
With a measuring tape or flexible ruler, measure the distance from the top of where your ear meets your head, to the tip of your chin. Ensure the measuring tape/ruler lies against your face (you can allow it to curve).
